Setting Fax to Server to On
You can store the prefix/suffix address for the fax server in the machine.

Press Menu, 6, 6.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select On and then press OK.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Prefix and then press OK.

Enter the prefix using dial pad.

Press OK.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Suffix and then press OK.

Enter the suffix using dial pad.

Press OK.
9
Press Stop/Exit.
Note
You can enter the prefix and suffix address using up to a total of 40 characters.
How to Operate

Place the document in the ADF or on the scanner glass.
2
Enter the fax number.
3
The machine will send the message over a TCP/IP network to the fax server.
